We've all been there when we've had a perfectly lovely time with someone, but something just didn't click.
In most cases, it's a case of being honest and admitting that the chemistry wasn't there.
As disappointing as that can be for the person hoping for a second date, the usual response is a simple, "That's fine, it was nice to meet you and have a nice life etcetera".
But one London guy clearly decided that he'd had enough of not making it to date number two.
The woman he'd been on a date with shared her story on ITV's This Morning segment on bad dates, explaining that after politely declining an invitation to meet up again, she was asked to reimburse her date for the cost of the coffee he'd bought her on their first and only meeting. "I’m sick of wasting my time and money on women like you!" he texted.
The lady in question made a smart move, giving him a chance to "regain his decorum" by selecting the charity of his choice to which she offered to donate the cost of the coffee and his bus fare too. Unfortunately decorum was not regained—he simply sent her his bank account number and sort code!
That's one way to make sure of no second date...
